Ledina Mandija do të jetë zv/kryeministrja e vendit të paktën deri në muajin shtator kur është edhe afati i krijimit të qeverisë së re. Ajo do të jetë drejtuesja e “Task Force” për monitorimin e mbarëvajtjes së procesit zgjedhor të 25 qershorit dhe do të ulet në krah të Edi Ramës në mbledhjet e qeverisë.
Qeveria teknike do të votohet në seancën e sotme parlamentare.
43-vjeçarja është një “njohje e vjetër” e kreut të ekzekutivit për shkak se ai e ka shkarkuar atë, menjëherë pasi Partia Socialiste erdhi në pushtet në vitin 2013.
Ledina Mandija ka mbajtur detyrën e Avokatit të Shtetit nga viti 2007 deri më 7 tetor 2013, kur kryeministri Edi Rama ka firmosur largimin nga detyra. Ledina Mandija ka doktoraturë në Juridik në Universitetin e Tiranës dhe të Gracit, Austri.
GSH.al zbardh sot padinë ndaj Ramës që Ledina Mandija ka dorëzuar në Gjykatën Administrative, ku ajo kërkon rikthimin në detyrë dhe dëmshpërblimin me paga për kohën që ka qenë pa punë.
Padia e Mandijës ka kaluar në një kalvar të gjatë dhe ka përfunduar edhe në Gjykatën e Lartë.
Kjo sepse: Avokatura e Shtetit (e qeverisë Rama) ka kërkuar nxjerrjen e çështjes jashtë juridiksionit gjyqësor, pra që Administrativja të mos e shqyrtonte padinë e të shkarkuarës. Në shkallën e parë ka fituar Mandija dhe padia e shtetit është rrëzuar. Në shkallën e dytë, Administrativja e Apelit e ka rrëzuar vendimin e shkallës së parë duke pranuar ankesën e Avokaturës së Shtetit kundër Mandijës. Kështu, çështja ka përfunduar në Gjykatën e Lartë ku Ledina Mandija e ka fituar përballjen proceduriale me Edi Ramën. Në këtë pikë, çështja është kthyer sërish në Administrative. 
Mandija u bë e njohur për publikun kur u thirr si dëshmitare në Komisionin Hetimor për CEZ. Mandija ka filluar punë në Avokaturën e Shtetit si Avokate e Shtetit më 6 prill të vitit 2007, në pozicionin e Avokates së Shtetit për Arbitrazhin Ndërkombëtar. Në janar të vitit 2010 është emëruar nga kryeministri Berisha në pozicionin e Avokatit të Përgjithshëm të Shtetit. Në datën 7 tetor të vitit 2013, me urdhrin e Edi Ramës është liruar nga detyra e Avokates së Përgjithshme të Shtetit.
